Additional services

Should you want to add any services to your package we will be happy to make the arrangements and co-ordinate these for you, for a minimum service fee of 15% + vat (industry standard). Remember you will automatically qualify for HCW wholesale costs from the suppliers, which can be as much as 50% off of retail.

HCW is not a onetime client to the suppliers and can command fabulous discounts on things like dove release, videography, accommodation – your choice!

Examples of some of the many services we are happy to arrange for you include:

• Hire of traditional dress / clan specific tartans and regalia
• Traditional Scottish menu planning/ celebration feasts
• Castle/Estate accommodation / exclusive use contracts with land owners
• Floral design
• Negotiating vendor contracts
• Pipers, traditional Ceilidh bands (with instructors!), any other musicians
• Novelty transport
• Champagne, wine and cake selections
• Activities for you and your wedding party – perhaps salmon fishing or a guided historical tour with a few pub stops!
