Getting married in Scotland is fairly simple.

there are no residential requirements to meet
you can marry wherever you like – inside or outside
your marriage is valid and legal in all countries
two witnesses, at least 16 years old, must be present at your wedding ceremony (whether religious, civil or non-religious ceremonies are being performed).
