Can HCW offer me anything other planners can’t?

Yes.

Years of experience mean that we’ve had time to really “get it right”. Not only do we have intimate knowledge of what’s available throughout Scotland, but we have also been able to secure great deals with the different venue owners because we’ve known each other for ages and found the best days and ways to work with each other (not generally available to new agencies).

While each venue is unique and offers a different experience we do have a basic structure to each of our wedding packages and are up-front about costs – what’s in, what’s out. Our prices are all quoted including VAT and your wedding costs are always agreed up front with you. That way, the cost of your wedding doesn’t mysteriously begin to climb the closer it gets to the date.

And if you decide to have us arrange any add-ons you might have heard about or want us to investigate for you, we will charge you an industry standard of 15% and we’ll pass on any of our company discounts directly to you.

In a nutshell – we know what we’re doing, we’re not going to let you down and we’ll do it at a reasonable price that we’ve agreed on up front.
